There is a variety of infill options including D or W profile palisade pales, timber panels, solid sheeting, and various mesh panels to integrate perfectly with all fence types.

The cantilever design means that the gate suspends across the gate entrance as it opens and closes, so there is no need for a track across the roadway. With no track required across the gate opening, a single leaf cantilever gate can span widths of up to 10m and is suitable for uneven ground, over block-paving, grass, gravel or even water.

The gate glides on two sets of support/guide rollers, fixed to a concrete foundation, hidden within the main lower beam extrusion protecting them from the elements, this ensures your gate is dependable, smooth, and virtually silent.

BS/EN 12453 COMPLIANT

The Automatic Cantilever Sliding Gate, we install, complies with BS/EN 12453 (the current legislation ALL automated gates must comply with). We fit as standard safety devices including dual height photocells and 6 Category 3 monitored live safety edges.

The gate has a purpose made controller, single phase supply, via an inverter-controlled output to a 3-phase motor. This is extremely easy to configure for all the standard program modes including no passage time outs & free exit and entry loops.

As standard the control panel can accommodate pedestrian open signals, airlock systems and much more. The gate has a rack & pinion system monitored by an encoder. This allows for a precise and controlled operation that is robust and dependable.

The best feature is that they the gates are all fully assembled, complaint and ready to bolt down as soon as they leave the factory. This minimises disruption on site and leaves a beautifully finished product which will last for years.

The gates are all constructed from hi-grade aluminium which is extremely rigid and will not rust for years to come.
